Received my masks on tues but after i open th parcel i realised that 4 masks are missing and my shiseido whitening mask turns out to be another kind -,- Totally piss off. Msg th lady and complain about their service. She did apologize for th mistakes done as all th masks is th delivery man who packed it. So partly is also not all her fault la. She also compensate me by giving me some freebies lols.. And i request for a home delivery for th masks & i add on quite a few masks also. And tday th delivery man delivered all my masks to me but i was sleeping lol. Luckily baby got help me to take. Heng ah, all masks received in good condition & no missing piece. Nth much to post alr, will update soon~
